Ingredients

    Pork butt, 2 lbs, cooked in pressure cooker per cooker inst! With 1/3 c. Of the hoisin sauce & the ginger
    1c. Hoisin sauce
    1 T. Ginger root, minced
    6 c. Napa cabbage! Shredded
    1.5 c. Shredded carrots
    1/4 c. Chopped scallions
    3 T. Rice wine vinegar, or cider vinegar
    3 1/2 T. Splenda

Tips

Can serve with Chinese creeps. Tortillas or lettuce leafs
Add nutrition info accordingly


Directions

Shred cooked pork, return to cooker
Add remaining ingredients that have been mixed together
Heat until warm thru
