Introduction

it's a fairly hot dish. it's a fairly hot dish.
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    3 green onions (spring onions)
    1 onion
    4 cloves of garlic
    1 red chili
    1 courgette
    8 field mushrooms
    200 grams of marzano tomatoes(red tomatoes)
    1 tbsp canola oil
    150 grams of whole wheat spaghetti (i use organic)

Directions

Chop all the veggies
heat a pan
add oil, and let it heat up a bit
add onions, garlic and chili and saute them
add the rest of the veggies let them cook a bit before adding water.
let it simmer while the spaghetti cooks
season with salt and pepper.
