Introduction

Ingredients

    1 lb Ground beef
    1/2 cup of banana peppers, chopped
    1 raw carrot, sliced or shredded
    1 tomato, chopped
    4 whole wheat tortillas
    taco seasoning of your choice
    low-sugar salsa to taste, up to 2 tbsp per tortilla

Directions

Brown the beef and drain. Pat dry and follow instructions for adding the taco seasoning. Lay out your tortillas and place an equal amount of the beef mix in each one. Then add your favorite toppings.

Wrap the burrito up and enjoy. One serving is one tortilla. Nutrition is calculated based on one burrito with 1/8 of all ingredients.
