    Tuna, Canned in Water, 1 can
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, .5 cup, chopped
    Scallions, raw, .25 cup, chopped
    Parsley, .25 cup
    Cucumber (peeled), .5 cup, pared, chopped
    Trader Joe's Whole Grain Dijon Mustard, 4 tsp
    Paprika, 1 tsp

Directions
