    1 large Jicama chopped or julienne
    1 green bell pepper chopped
    1 red bell pepper chopped
    1 red onion diced
    2 cucumbers diced = 1 cup
    1/3 cup lemon or lime juice
    spinkle with paprika
    add a pinch of cheyenne pepper

    Put in refrig for at least 30 min before serving
