Introduction

Ingredients

    1.5 bananas (mashed)
    2 TBSP sanitarium natural smooth PB
    2 extra large eggs
    1/3 C Nativia sweetner
    1/3C baking equal
    1/2C so good almond milk
    1C polenta
    2/3C besan (chick pea flour)
    2 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp vanilla essence
    1 tbsp ground cinnamon
    30 almonds ( 1 almond per muffin to decorate)
    butter to grease tin


Directions

mix wet ingredients first
mix dry ingredients
place into mini muffin tin greased
bake for 12-13 mins at 180 degrees C
