2 tablespoons plain greek yogurt
1 teaspoon curry powder
Pinch of salt and pepper
8 Cups lettuce, any kind chopped
4 100-calorie Whole Wheat Tortillas
Directions
Put avocados and eggs into a bowl. In a small bowl, mix yogurt, curry, salt, and pepper. Mix yogurt with egg mixture. Put a quarter of egg mix onto wrap, top with 2 cups lettuce.
