Ingredients

    1 lb Extra Lean (96/4) Ground Beef
    16 oz Picante Sauce
    4 Yellow Corn Tortillas
    1 cup (about 4 ounces) Reduced Fat Shredded Cheddar cheese
    8 TBSP Fat Free Sour Cream
    1 cup Green Onions, chopped

Directions

Cut tortillas into 1" squares.

Cook the beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat until it's well browned, stirring often to separate. Pour off any fat.

Stir the picante sauce, tortillas and half of the cheese in the skillet and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low.

Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until the beef mixture is hot and bubbling.

Top with the remaining cheese. Serve with sour cream and green onion.
