Introduction

This is a really easy to make light lunch or dinner. This is a really easy to make light lunch or dinner.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 wedge of honey dew melon
    2 slices of regular ham
    20 grams black olives
    20 grams green olives

Directions

Scrape off the melon seeds.
Scrape sharp knife between melon skin and flesh. Then cut across width and length to make bite size chunks.
Cut ham into narrow strips.
Place strips across melon.
Scatter olives over the ham.
EAT!!
