Ingredients

1 Portobello Mushroom, cleaned
1/2 cup of marinara sauce
1 oz. Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk
I add additional ingredients if I have them available but this is the basic recipe.
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Using a spoon scrape out the inside of the mushroom. The mushroom will look like a small bowl. Mix the scrapings into 1/2 cup of marinara sauce. Pour sauce in the mushroom. Add any additional toppings you desire. Cover with cheese. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown.
