Introduction
I have adapted this recipe from a south african tuna tart. The doritos and cheese gives it a unique flavour. I have used a white, spicy cheese in this recipe but mature cheddar will just work fine.Please adapt the nutritional info if using cheddar or other cheese to get the correct nutritional information. Ingredients

Doritos (baked, 50g)
Tuna, Canned in Water, 160 grams , drained and flaked
Eggs, fresh, 2 medium, egg yolks and whites seperated
Onions, raw, 50 grams, grated
Paprika, 1 tsp
Milk 1.5% 1 cup (250 ml)
Aromat seasoning, 5 gram
Baked Cool Ranch Doritos (1 3/8oz bag), 1.48 serving(s) about 50 grams, crunched
Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup
Cheese, Izmir Tulum Peyniri, 50 gram(s), grated
Baking Powder, 1 tsp
salt and pepper to taste
Tips
You could add a cup of tinned chopped asparagus to this recipe to give it an interesting taste.
Serve with crusty bread and a garden salad.
Directions
1) Beat egg whites till stiff with soft points forming when the mixer is removed.
2) Mix all the other ingredients (except the paprika) in a glass bowl till thouroughly mixed.
3) Add egg whites and fold through with a spoon to add air to the mixture.
4) Divide into 12 equal portions in a muffin pan, sprayed lightly with low cal vegetable oil spray.
5) Sprinkle paprika over.
6) Bake at 180 degrees Celsius, in a pre-heated oven, for about 15 - 20 minutes or till the muffins are golden brown
