    1 Frozen Banana
    4 Strawberries Fresh or Frozen
    1/4 cup dry oats
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    3/4 cup non-fat milk

    Put the oats in the blender and let it run until they are ground up to be a powder. Add the remainng ingredients. Blend until smooth. You may want to add more milk or water to thin out the smoothie as needed.


Serving Size: Makes one large serving or two small ones
