Ingredients

2 Tbs. Olive Oil
1 Med Chopped Onion
2 small cans sliced Black Olives
Fresh Mushrooms, sliced
2 small cans chopped clams, w/ 1/2 juice
Garlic, fresh, chopped
1 med. can stewed Tomatoes
1 med. can whole Tomatoes
Linguine
Directions
Saute in Olive Oil:
- 1 med chopped Onion
- 2 sm cans sliced Black Olives
- Fresh mushrooms, sliced
Stir in:
- 2 small cans chopped clams w/ 1/2 juice
- Garlic to taste (fresh, chopped)
Add & Simmer 1 hour:
- 1 med. can Stewed Tomatoes
- 1 med. can Whole Tomatoes
Serve over linguine. This sauce will be thin. Serve with salad and sour dough bread.
Yields 3-4 servings. You can also double the recipe easily, freeze the sauce for later.
