Introduction

Ingredients

    2 cups of water
    1 lb bottom round beef-shredded
    2 bags of success boil-in-bag rice (or whatever rice you choose)
    Margaret Holmes butter beans
    SteamFresh Mixed Vegetables-Broccoli, Cauliflower, Carrots
    1tbs oregano
    1tbs black pepper
    1tbs old bay seasoning
    0.5tbs sage

Directions

Pour water and all seasonings into a crockpot, then cook bottom round in crockpot about 3 hours on high (6-8 on low). Once done, pull apart with two forks. Cook rice on stovetop for 10 minutes, then add it to the crockpot along with vegetables. Cook on high for about 45 minutes to thicken.

Serving Size: makes about 6-8 servings
