Introduction

These are simple to make, delicious and filling ! You can cut back the calories by using low fat swiss cheese or skipping the mayo. These are simple to make, delicious and filling ! You can cut back the calories by using low fat swiss cheese or skipping the mayo.

Ingredients

    2 slice of Arnold Jewish Rye Bread
    1 TBSP of low fat mayonaise (Hellman's)
    4 oz. Hillshire Farms Pastrami
    2 tsp. spicy brown mustard (Frenches)
    2 1/2 slices of aged swiss cheese (Sargento)

Directions

Spread 1/2 TBSP of Mayo on each slice of bread. Top each with 2 oz. of pastrami. Spread (or squeeze) 1 tsp of mustard over pastrami. Cover with 1 1/2 slices of aged swiss cheese.

Broil until cheese is hot and bubbly. (Watch them so they don't burn).

Serving Size: Makes 2 open face pastrami sandwiches
