Ingredients

1 lb Ground Turkey (93% lean or better)
    1 large yellow onion
    1 large green bell pepper
    1 large red bell pepper
1 large green chile pepper (Anaheim or Serrano)
    2 small jalapenos
    1 cayenne pepper
    3 large tomatoes
2 small cans of tomato sauce
    1 can of corn
    1 can of black beans
    1 can of kidney beans
    1 can of pinto beans
    4 Tbsp Chili Powder
    2 Tbsp Garlic Powder
    Salt and pepper to taste

Tips

To make the chili less spicy, forego the jalapenos and the cayenne and add a little more bell pepper.

You can also add a tsp of fat-free sour cream or yogurt to the chili, it is yummy and adds only a few calories.

Directions

Dice the onion and sautee with the turkey, until the meat is brown. Dice the other vegetables and mince the hot peppers (jalapenos, cayenne and chili peppers). Combine together and cook one of two ways:

Easier:
Put it all in a crock pot and cook for a few hours (put it on low and the 4 hour setting should be fine)

Easy:
Put it all in a pot and cook on simmer heat for about 45 minutes.

Divide in 10 servings and enjoy!
