Introduction
This granola is not overly sweet and is awesome on yogurt, ice cream, baked apples, or even by itself as cereal with milk.I make my granola gluten free using GF Oats, nuts and other ingredients but it can be make using regular ingredients if you dont need to follow a GF diet. Ingredients

2 cups Old Fashioned Oatmeal
1 tbls Honey
1 tbls Olive Oil
1 tbls water
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup sliced almonds raw
1/2 cup salted & roasted sunflower seeds
1/2 cup golden raisins
cooking spray
Tips
for sweeter granola try a drizzle of extra honey or a sprinkle of splenda or other sweetener over the top of the oat mixture before baking. Make sure to account for extra calories.
Recipe doubles nicely for larger batches.
Directions
In large mixing bowl combine honey, oil, water and salt. Stir in oats and mix well to coat evenly. spray large baking sheet with cooking spray and spread oat mixture evenly in thin layer across tray.
bake @ 275 for 30 minutes stirring every 15 minutes.
Stir in sliced almonds and bake for another 15.
remove from oven and stir in sunflower seeds and raisins and allow to cool completely.
Once granola is cool it will get crunchy and can be stored in an air tight container in the cabinet.
