Ingredients

    1/2 lb ground turkey breast meat
    salt to taste
    garlic powder to taste
    8 oz. container of baby portobello mushrooms
    2 tsp spicy brown mustard
    1/4 cup heavy cream

Tips

'Rice' cauliflower by pulsing florettes in a food processor until they resemble grains of rice. Cook in microwave for 8 to 10 minutes until cooked to desired doneness. Do not add any water.


Directions

Brown turkey in 2 T oil. Add spices. Add cleaned and sliced mushrooms. Cover and cook for about 5 minutes. Add mustard and cream. Stir to combine. Cook for an additional 5 minutes or until mushrooms are cooked to the consistency that you prefer.
