Introduction

Wonderful gluten free soft fluffy pancakes loaded with protein but no sugar fat! Wonderful gluten free soft fluffy pancakes loaded with protein but no sugar fat!

Ingredients

    *I generally use Bob's Red Mill gluten free oatmeal.
    1/2 cup oatmeal
    1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese
    1 tsp vanilla
    1/4 cup skim milk
    1/2 cup liquid egg whites i

Directions

Put all ingredients into blender, food processor, or use an immersion blender. Mix until ingredients are smooth.
Spoon into a preheated pan or skillet over medium heat. It is ready to flip when edges are firm and bubbles form on top.
Sprits with spray butter and sugar free syrup or your favorite toppping!

Serving Size: 3- 4 inch pancakes
