    1 12.3 oz package of Mori-Nu shelf stable tofu or half a package of refridgerated tofu drained
    1 cup almond milk
    1/4 tsp garlic powder
    1/4 tsp onion powder
    1/4 tsp nutmeg
    pinch of salt
    pinch of pepper
    dash of cayenne pwoder
    1/2 cup nutritional yeast
    chopped fresh parsley for garnish


In this picture I am serving alfredo sauce over brown rice corkscrew pasta with sliced vegan brats which have been sauted until crisp.

Take the brats out and add a few servings of cooked broccoli for another delicious and healthy option.


Add all ingredients except parsley into a blender and blend until smooth

Transfer ingredients to a small saucepan and heat through stirring frequently until thickened. Sauce will thicken more when absorbed by warm pasta.

Ganish with fresh parsley
