Ingredients

    2 c quinoa
    3 cups (or to taste) cherry tomatoes
    2 sm or 1 lg cucumber
    1 onion (to taste)
    olive oil
    vinegar
    2 tbsp honey
    italian seasoning
    pepper

Directions

Cook quinoa as package instructs. Cut up tomato, cuke, and onion. Prepare oil and vinegar dressing, add spices to taste. Toss.
