    *Shadybrook Farms Extra Lean Ground Turkey - 99% Fat Free, 5.5 oz (remove)
    *Cheese - Laughing Cow Garlic & Herb Cheese Wedge, 1 serving (remove)
    *Pomi Chopped Tomatoes, 0.5 cup (remove)
    *Walden Farms Alfredo Sauce, 1 serving (remove)
    *cheese, shredded Weight Watchers Mexican Style Four Cheese, 0.25 cup (remove)
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, .66 tbsp (remove)
    *Wishbone Lite Italian Dressing, 1 tbsp (remove)


-brown meat with wishbone dressing then remove to side.
-saute precooked spaghetti squash with laughing cow cheese, Alfredo sauce and pomi tomatoes Until cheese is melted.
- mix in meat and place on baking dish.
- cover with mozzarella and parm cheese and bake until golden.
