Ingredients



    *Stonyfield Farm Organic Oiko's Greek Yogurt, 6 oz (remove)
    Butter, salted, 4 tbsp (remove)
    *Truvia Baking Blend, 8 tbsp (remove)
    Banana, fresh, 1.5 cup, mashed (remove)
    *Bob's Red Mill Whole Wheat Pastry Flour, 1 cup (remove)
    *Flour, white, 1 cup (remove)
    Baking Soda, .5 tsp (remove)
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp (remove)
    Salt, .25 tsp (remove)
    Walnuts, 1 cup, chopped (remove)

Directions

Melt butter and mix all ingredients together. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Put batter in 9x5 baking pan (bread pan) and bake for 55 minutes or until toothpick in center comes out clean.

Serving Size: Makes 24 pieces (cut loaf into 12 slices and cut in half)
