Ingredients

    2 medium whole tomatoes, halved
    2 tbsp Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
    1 tbsp dried basil
    2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese

Directions

* preheat oven to 350
* half tomatoes
* brush dressing over sliced side of tomatoes
* sprinkle each with basil and cheese
* bake for 10-15 mins, until tomato has softened and cheese has browned lightly.

Serving Size: Makes 4 half tomatoes
