These chops are very tastey and well received by any appetite. And the best part is that each chop has only 2.2 carbs!

Number of Servings: 7

Ingredients

    7 center cut pork chops about 1/4 inch thick
    2 eggs well beaten
    1 C. 2% Milk
    1 TBL. Mrs Dash garlic & Herb seasoning blend
    1 TBL Black pepper
    2 C. Bread Crumbs

Tips

You can use Canola or corn oil in place of the vegetable oil..don't forget to modify the calories.


Directions

In a medium bowl put eggs and milk and whip together well.
In another medium bowl mix bread crumbs and all seasonings until well blended.
Wash Pork chops and dip first into egg mixture and then in bread crumb mixture. Make sure each chop is well coated.
Put 1/8 cup vegetable oil into skillet and heat until very hot but not smoking hot. Put chops into hot oil and fry about 3 minutes on each side until each chop is a nice golden brown. Adjust the heat to avoid the oil from getting to hot and causing smoke.
Drain well on paper towels and serve with sides of your choice.

Serving Size: Makes 7 3oz. thin chops
