Ingredients

    3 cups All Bran Buds Cereal
    2 1/2 cups water
    1 box low fat brownie mix
    1/2 cup cocoa powder
    3 Tbsp mini chocolate chips
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder

Directions

1. Mix water and cereal and let sit 5-10 minutes
2. add rest of ingredients and mix well
3. fill 24 regular muffin tins
4. Bake at 350" for 16 minutes

    Incredible!
    Yummy, chocolately and very easy to make! My calorie calculation for this recipe was 120 cal/muffin which is still good because they are filling.
    All Bran Buds-720 cal, Betty Crocker Low Fat Fudge Brownie Mix 1800 cal (WHOLE box not 1/15), cocoa 160 cal, choc. chips 210
    2890 cal/24 muffins=120cal

    Incredible!
    These came out tasting very chocolatey! They were moist, almost like cake in texture. I'll probably bake a few more minutes in the future to make them a little more solid in the middle. Also, I suggest using a mixer to mix all of the ingredients as the mixture gets thick. I'll make these again! - 4/16/11
