Introduction

Ingredients

    3 asparagus spears, blanched with the flat end removed.
    1 tbspn cream cheese
    1 slice of roast beef
    1 tbspn horse radish
    1 tspn fresh chives
    1 tspn hot sauce

Tips

Turkey would be good here, too, or ham.


Directions

Take a slice of the beef (use good quality deli-sliced roast beef for this) and get the whipped kind of cream cheese. Stir in chives, horse radish and tabasco sauce. Add the three asparagus spears. Roll up, and hold together with a toothpick.
