Ingredients

*Splenda Brown Sugar Blend- .25 cup + 1 tbsp
*Whole wheat flour- 1.5 cup
*Baking soda, .5 tsp
*Baking powder, 1.5 tsp
*Cinnamon- 2 tsp
*Quick oats- 1 cup
*Sea salt- 1/4 tsp
*Vegan chocolate chips- .75 cup
*Bob's Red Mill All Natural Egg Replacer- 5 eggs' worth
*Olive oil- .25 cup
*Flaxseed meal- 2 tbsp
*Water- 6 tbsp
*Soy milk- .25 cup
Tips
Goes great with peanut butter! You can replace the chocolate chips with raisins or another dried fruit, and can swap out the brown sugar blend for maple syrup, honey, or standard brown sugar.
Directions
1) Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
2) Prepare the egg replacer as directed on its packaging.
3) In a large bowl, mix:
-Brown sugar blend
-Whole wheat flour
-Baking soda
-Baking powder
-Cinnamon
-Quick oats
-Sea salt
4) Add in the remaining ingredients.
5) Grease and flour a loaf pan.
6) Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 45-60 minutes, or until an inserted knife comes out clean.
7) Remove the bread from the oven. Cool.
8) Enjoy!
