Ingredients

    3 fresh eggs (medium)
    1/2 cup fresh cow's milk
    1/4 cup shredded cheese (mozarella or quickmelt)
    2 pcs. Cured ham
    2 tbsp. Palm oil
    3 dashes salt

Directions

Beat eggs then add fresh milk,shredded cheese & salt. Set aside. Fry ham (half cooked) then diced it and add to egg mixture. Fry scrambled egg for 2 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 4 to 5 servings.
