    2 1/2 c. whole wheat bread cubes (about 3 slices)
    1/1/4 c. warm milk
    1/4 c. Splenda
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. egg substitute
    1/4 c. raisins


Grease 1-quart casserole. In greased casserole, combine bread cubes and milk. In medium bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, and eggs; mix well. Stir egg mixture into the bread cube mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until the pudding is set. (If you choose to double the recipe, use two 1 quart casserole dishes instead of a large one.) Makes 6 servings.
