    l can (7 l/2 ounces) salmon
    l can (l4 ounces) pineapple tidbits
    l tbsp. cornstarch
    l tsp. ginger
    l tsp. soy sauce
    l/2 cup red peppers, diced
    2 cups bean sprouts, cooked


- Drain salmon, preserving liquid
- Stir until thickened: pineapple with juice
salmon liquid
soy sauce
- Add salmon & green peppers. Cook 2 -3
- Serve on cooked bean sprouts
