Introduction

Easy and pretty way to present your dessert. Easy and pretty way to present your dessert.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Filling:
    3 Large Peaches, sliced
2-3 Tbs white sugar (depending on how sweet your peaches are)
    1 Tsp Cinnamon
    1 Tbs All purpose Flour
    Topping:
    1/2 C All purpose Flour
    1/2 C White granulated sugar
    1/2 C Milk
    1 Tsp Baking powder
    Additional ingredient:
    2 Tbs butter, melted

Directions

In a medium sauce pan place all filling ingredients and heat on medium low until your peaches have softened and sauce has thickened.
Meanwhile melt butter and divide between your 4 6-8oz individual ramekins.
Mix together all dry ingredients for topping and then add in the milk and mix until moistened. Divide between your 4 ramekins and then divide your peach filling and place on top of topping. (Sounds crazy but the topping will rise from the bottom during cooking.)
Bake in a 400 degree oven for approx 18-20 minutes, or until your topping is golden and test done like a cake would.
