Ingredients

2 cups dry Lentils
4 cups Water
1/3 cup Old Fashioned Oats
1 tsp Garlic
1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tbsp Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce
1/4 cup fresh Basil
3 to 4 Sun Dried Tomatoes
1/4 cup Onion
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
1/4 cup Kalamata Olives
Tips
A pressure cooker is the easiest way to cook the lentils.
Directions
Cook Lentils
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Combine lentils, oats, garlic, worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, basil, tomatoes, onions, and mustard in a high speed blender or food processor and pulse mixture until a think, chunky batter forms. Stir in olives and season to taste.
Form into 18 meatballs and place on prepared cookie sheet. Cook for 20 minutes, flipping once during cooking.
Serving Size: Makes 18 meatballs. Serving size calculated at 3 meatballs.
