Ingredients

    2 cups BPA free canned chickpeas, drained, or the same amount of chickpeas cooked from dried

    1 avocado, peeled and pit removed

    1 tbsp tahini

    juice from 1 lime

    1/2 cup plain yogurt

    2 cloves garlic

    2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro

    1/2 cup chopped fresh parley

    1/2 tbsp (or more) cumin seeds

    Optional: 1 tsp chili powder

Tips

Serve with broccoli spears for an extra folate boost.


Directions

Add all ingredients to a food processor or large blender. Add water, 1 tbsp at a time, if needed.
