Gluten Free! I love bread so I always make this dense bread. I will eat it with eggs, tuna, or any spread!Love it!

Ingredients

1 ½ cups blanched almond flour
¼ cup golden flaxseed meal
¼ teaspoon celtic sea salt
1 ½ teaspoons baking soda
1 egg, 4 egg whites
3 TBS coconut oil
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Optional can add crushed pepper, thyme, sage, oregano, rosemary or cinnamon to taste.
Directions
1. In mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients.
In another bowl, beat eggs together.
Mix all ingredients and pour batter into regular loaf pan. Oil pan.
2. 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes until baked thru-out.
Serving Size: about 17 slices
