Ingredients

    4 egg whites, hardboiled
    1 egg, whole, hardboiled
    3 stalk celery, finely chopped
    3 T light mayo
    1 can of Albacore tuna (in water, drained)

Directions

Combine all ingrediants and chill 2 hours. Serve on whole wheat or grain bread. Or serve ontop a nice green salad of argula. I cheat and throw the egg, egg whites and celery in a chopper (less mess for me).

NOTE: to cut down the fat, can replace the mayo with plain yogurt.


Serving size is about 4 = 1/2 c each

    Sounds good. I have been using hard boiled egg whiles and it works out fine. Cuts down on the cholesterol. 080529 - 5/29/08
