    1 cup all purpose flour
    1 cup wheat flour
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
    1/2 cup splenda
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1/4 cup olive oil
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 cup skim milk
    1 cup canned pumpkin
    2 small very ripe bananas, mashed


i intended to use applesauce instead of oil but i didn't have any :(
Also thouht this bread was yummy but needed something..maybe nuts or crans or raisins...maybe more spices too. just a little bland.
My daughter loved it and we both agreed we should try and use it to make french toast!


preheat oven to 350
spray loaf pan w cooing spray
mix together the flours, baking soda, baking powder, salt and pumpkin pie spice
seperate bowl: mix splenda, brown sugar, and the wet ingredients
mix the two mixtures together just enough so incorporated

...I did all mixing by hand...no mixer necassary

spoon in to loaf pan
bake for an hour or until toothpick comes out clean
