Ingredients

    1 can(15oz) black bean drained and rinsed.
    2 C cherry tomatos sliced in half
    1/2 C red onions
    2 cloves garlic - minced
    1 cup of brown rice (cooked) optional
    3 little green onions
    1/2 C celantro finely chopped'
    3 corn on cob-grilled and then cut off cob

    add all to a bowl and mix.

    DRESSING'

    2 or 3 limes, juiced
    1 Tbls olive oil
    pepper to taste

    pour over salad and chill for about an hour.
