Introduction

Ingredients

    2tablespoons oil
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 tablespoon red pepper
    1/2 tablespoon crushed pepper
    1 tablespoon corriander
    1 tablespoon tumeric
    2 tablespoons curry paste
    1 med chopped onion
    1 jalepeno pepper
    3 chicken breasts
    1 can of chick peas drained and rinsed
    4 tomatoes

Tips

Serve over rice if you wish. It is also great by itself. This is a very spicy dish, cut down on the chili powder and curry powder if it is too spicy for your tastes.


Directions

Cook chicken, onion and jalepeno in a skillet until done. Add in all spices and 2 cans of stewed tomatoes, drained along with 1 can of chick peas, drained and rinsed. Allow this mixture to come to a boil then turn down to medium low and allow to simmer for 20 minutes.
