    2 Celery stalks
    1 Beet Medium
    Spinach 2 cups
    Kale 2 cups
    1 Pear medium
    Flax Seed Oil 1 tbsp
    Ginger Root 1 tsp
    Turmetic Ground 1 tbsp
    sweetner of your choice (I used Trivia) as needed
    Almond Breeze Unsweetened Valanil Milk 8 oz
    Greek Yogurt 3 oz

Tips

if mixture is very thick, add water.


Directions

put everything is a Ninja Blender, and blend for one minute or until the desired thicken
