Introduction

Ingredients

    Ground beef, lean, 15 oz
    Egg, fresh, 2 extra large
    *Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style, 1 cup
    Milk, 2%, .5 cup
    *Kraft Cheddar Cheese, 2% milk, 3 oz. shredded
    Onions, raw, .5 large
    Garlic, 3 cloves

Tips

Cool and refrigerate meat loaf. Slice thin for sandwiches or cube to make with potatoes for breakfast hash.


Directions

Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Pack mixture into loaf pan (sprayed with Pam). Bake covered (with foil) for 1/2 hour at 350 degrees. Remove foil and return to oven for 15 more minutes or until top is slightly golden. Test internal temperature of meat loaf with meat thermometer. Reading should be 160 to 165 degrees.
