Ingredients

    3 cups flour
    1/2 tsp salt
    3 heaping tsp baking powder
    3/4 cup milk
    water
    oil for frying

Tips

Nutrition info does not include oil for frying, but I measured my oil before and after and the difference was only about 5T. So add a half Tbsp of oil to nutrition info for each taco.


Directions

combine flour, salt and baking powder. While stirring, pour in milk slowly. Add just enough water to bring it together in a ball. Set aside for 30 min. Divide into 10 pieces, pat and stretch in a thin circle. Fry until golden brown on each side.
