Introduction

My version of Turkey Chili. Sometimes I use a different sauce and add more veggies. My version of Turkey Chili. Sometimes I use a different sauce and add more veggies.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz
    McCormick 30% Less Sodium Chili Seasoning Mix, 6 serving
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), .5 cup, chopped
    Canned Tomatoes, no salt added - 1 can
    Beans (Dark Red Kidney Reduced Sodium) 1 can
    1 Carrot

Tips

You could also add in other veggies like tomatoes. You could use your own chili seasoning also. I haven't found a good mix for myself yet!


Directions

Use a skillet to brown the turkey meat.
I chop the peppers while the meat is cooking. Add the tomato sauce, peppers, and seasoning packet and stir the mixture. Turn the heat to low and cover. Stir occasionally for at least 10 minutes.
