Number of Servings: 14

Ingredients

    1 1/2 Cups Whole Wheat Flour
    1/2 Cup Splenda
    3/4 Cup mashed bananas (about 2 medium)
    1 (6oz) Container plain fat free Greek Yogurt
    1/4 Cup Canola Oil
    1/4 Cup unsweetened Apple Sauce
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/2 Cup egg Beaters
    Nuts optional and are not included in the nutrition info

Directions

Heat oven to 350. Grease bottom of a 9X5-inch loaf pan with cooking spray.
In a large bowl beat all ingredients on low speed for 30 sec. and on high speed for 45 sec scraping side frequently. Pour into pan.
Bake 45-50 min or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Then remove and let cool on a cooling rack for 1 hour. Enjoy!
