Ingredients

    4 c Beans (black, red or pinto)
    6 c cooked white rice (2 cups dry)
    1 large onion diced
    1 bell pepper
    1 14 oz can diced tomato
    Chorizo or andouille
    Frank's Red hot
    cumin, chili powder etc

Tips

serve in a wrap with salsa or avocado and a crumble of cheese.


Directions

Saute onions and pepper then add the tomatoes sauce and the beans. Simmer one hour.

Serving Size: 1 cups rice, 1 cups beans
