Ingredients

    2 bananas (fresh or frozen)
    3/4 cup frozen unsweetened blueberries
    2 cups raw baby spinach
    12 oz almond/coconut milk blend (such as Almond Breeze)
    1 cup ice
    1 T flaxseeds
    1-2 scoops whey protein (I used 1 & 1/2)
    2 T honey or agave nectar


Directions

Blend all ingredients, adding extra ice towards the end if desired for extra thickness.
