Ingredients

    1 cup uncooked rice
    2 cups water
    1 can (8oz) crushed pinapple
    1 can (15 oz) coconut milk
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Tips

*Walnuts can be left out if you don't like.
*Can be topped with nuts instead of mixing in.
*Can garnish with a slice of sliced pineapple and a cherry, just like a pina colada.


Directions

1.Combine rice and water in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil, turn heat to medium, cook until surface is dry. Put lid on and turn to low for at least 5 minutes.
2. While waiting chop walnuts, open cans.
3. When rice is cooked, add all ingredients to rice. Stir.
4. Serve warm or chill.
