Ingredients

    1 Chicken Breast, cooked, boneless skinless
    1/2 c seedless grapes, halved
    1 c Crushed pineapple no sugar added, drained
    1/4 c celery diced fine
    2 TBsp Hellman's Mayo
    1 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Splenda

    Shred cooked chicken. Add mayo, drained pineapple, diced celery, grapes, salt & splenda. (splenda can be ommited) Mix well, refrigerate before serving. Good alone or on crackers.
