If you make this ahead of time with leftovers, will it turn brown like an avocado when it is exposed to air ? - 7/30/12

  • Great breakfast smoothie. Easy, awesome texture and tastes fantastic. I added a banana and used chobani Greek yogurt. I also halved the recipe so it would fit into my blender. - 10/19/16

  • The acidic nature of the strawberries (why they're high in vitamin C) should help keep the avocado from browning. If you experience any browning, just add a little lime or lemon juice next time. - 3/21/16
