I was pleasantly surprised with the use of avocados in the mix. The only changes made was I replaced the strawberry yogurt with regular plain yogurt and tossed in some protein powder which were great.

The acidic nature of the strawberries (why they're high in vitamin C) should help keep the avocado from browning. If you experience any browning, just add a little lime or lemon juice next time.
